He pulls the flags off with both hands and throws them to the ground at his feet so that he can take them right away and put them back on. He continues to the last player and then sprints to the target cone. The figurants do not defend their flags and do not move. After pulling off the flags, they put them on and wait for the next player. After finishing , the players change. This exercise can also be used as a time team competition.

22. Personal defense WR vs DB

The player (QB) is placed with the ball in the middle of the field. The second player (WR) is on his level about 10 yards from him. The defender (DB) is placed opposite to WR (1-5 yards from WR). Before the play, QB and WR agree on the route that WR will run (so that the defender does not hear it). At the QB command “down-set-hut” WR runs the agreed route. The goal of the defender is to defend the WR, so he does not step into WRs route. Contact is not allowed (touching that does not interfere with the player’s movement is OK). QB tries to time the pass so that WR catches it. The defender’s job is to interrupt or intercept the pass.
